 ▪ From the East (Heading West)

• Take the LI Expressway to Exit 51 Deer Park Avenue/Route 231

• Exit the LI Expressway onto the Service Road (heading westbound) and stay in the left lane

• At the first traffic light, turn left onto Deer Park Avenue/Route 231

• Turn left again onto the Service Road (heading eastbound) and quickly get into the right lane

• Stay in the right lane on the Service Road (heading eastbound) for approximately 100 yards

• Make the first right turn onto Westminster Avenue

• Make the first left into the BOCES/LA WILSON TECH Campus

▪ From the West (Heading East) 

• Take the LI Expressway to Exit 51 Deer Park Avenue/Route 231

• Exit the LI Expressway and take the Service Road eastbound to the first traffic light (Deer Park Avenue/Route 231)

• Continue past the traffic light, cross over Deer Park Avenue/Route 231, and quickly get into the right lane

• Stay in the right lane on the Service Road (heading eastbound) for approximately 100 yards

• Make the first right turn onto Westminster Avenue

• Make the first left into the BOCES/LA WILSON TECH Campus

▪ Finding the Classroom

• As you turn left into the campus, you will approach a one-way traffic circle

• Follow the traffic circle in a counter-clockwise direction

• The course is being held in the Administration Bldg - Large Conference Room

BROWER & SKILLMAN AVENUES, OCEANSIDE, NY

▪ From the East (Heading West)

• Take Southern State Parkway westbound to Exit 20 South (Grand Avenue)

• Take Grand Avenue South to Sunrise Highway

• Turn right onto Sunrise Highway (heading west)

• At the 3rd traffic light, turn left (heading south) onto Oceanside Road

Please note: Oceanside Road is located between a Gas Station and a Taco Bell.

• Follow Oceanside Road South for 6 traffic lights (approximately 1.5 miles)

• Look for Farmer Joel's Drive-Thru Grocery and an Amoco Gas Station on your left

• After Farmer Joel's, turn left onto Davison Avenue and get into the right lane immediately

• Davison Avenue becomes Brower Avenue

• Continue on Brower to the 2nd traffic light (Skillman Avenue)

• Oceanside Sr. High School is on your right

• Turn right into the parking lot

• Enter the High School through the front door

▪ From the west (Heading east)  

• Take Sunrise Highway East to Oceanside Road

Please note: Oceanside Road is located between a Gas Station and Taco Bell.

• Turn right onto Oceanside Road (heading South)

• Follow Oceanside Road South for 6 traffic lights (approximately 1.5 miles)

• Look for Farmer Joel's Drive-Thru Grocery and an Amoco Gas Station on your left

• After Farmer Joel's, turn left onto Davison Avenue and get into the right lane immediately

• Davison Avenue becomes Brower Avenue

• Continue on Brower to the 2nd traffic light (Skillman Avenue)

• Follow Long Beach Road North to Davison Avenue

• Turn right onto Davison Avenue

• Turn right onto Brower Avenue

• Continue on Brower to the 2nd traffic light (Skillman Avenue)

• Oceanside Sr. High School is on your right

• Turn right into the parking lot

• Enter the High School through the front door
