L.I. Real Estate Training is approved by the N.Y. Department of State to offer real estate classes including the Real Estate Broker's Course.  The 45-hour course is offered for New York Real Estate Salespersons who wish to obtain a New York Real Estate Brokers' license. The completed 45-hour Salesperson's Course, together with the 45-hour Broker's Course meet the 90-hour educational prerequisite for a New York Real Estate Broker's license.
